Bought a large. I usually wear medium to large tops and pants. I am 163lbs and wear a wear 36dd bra size. The large fits snug but not uncomfortable. 10 out of 10 on quality and delivery time. Has grip inside the legs to help from riding up. Can wear in summer with short, no problem. May want to put bra padding in the cups if you so not want nipples showing.

Very well made and as described. Lots of compression in tummy area but loose enough in the thigh and butt area where it doesn’t cut off circulation. Only bad review I have is my second one came with something all over the package which makes me not want to touch it or put it on my body. I’m 188lbs and I started off with a medium but if you’re not use to the compression you won’t keep it on long. Wore mine my whole 12.5 hour shift and let me tell you I was relieved to take it off lol but the journey continues.
